“Friendly and helpfull staff. The selection and quality of their products is the best I have found in town. I've only had one issue with snow boots for my dog and they promptly offered to exchange them. The rescue raffle this weekend was a great perk, my dog Belle loved the prize we won!”

“This place is an amazing asset! They not only have great hours and stock excellent product for our pets, but when our dog was having digestive issues, they were actually more helpful than the vet! We found the solution and changed our dog's food to improve his health drastically. the staff are always well informed and super helpful!”

“Huge shoutout to the wonderful Shannon at Pet Valu in Sylvan Lake for helping me find a variety of food for my picky cat while he wasn’t eating much after coming back from the vet. She was absolutely wonderful with her recommendations and my cat ended up loving it all! I asked about 19 questions in panic mode and she was so kind and helped me with everything. Super grateful for her patience and expertise, highly recommend this location and speaking with her if you can!”
