I Love the service I get at this bank, but I am so disappointed in all the pride flags which weren’t there last year… keep your pride in the bedroom where everybody else does !

The experience at this bank was beyond amazing. We had a difficult question that other branches didn't even try to help with. They dug and figured and brainstormed until it was resolved. Wonderful staff!! Polite, professional and friendly!

Terrible customer service, exhausted tellers that are constantly turning over and as a result are non confident in services available. Closed my account with in a year of opening it. Hot trash.

My husband and I booked an appointment for today with Natalie Gillis, this branches financial advisor. We wanted to make some changes to our credit card. After 52 minutes on the phone with the Scotia call center we were able to book this appointment for the only day my husband has off in the next 6 weeks that this branch is open for. We have 2 small children, a 2 year old and 4 month old, so we really need to have perfect timing for nap times. Natalie called us a few minutes after getting off the phone with the call center and told us that we did not need an appointment and that the universal banker can help us, so she cancels our appointment with her. We load the kids up into the car make the 35 minute trip into Sylvan, and speak to the Universal banker. He informs us that we need to speak with Natalie, and that we need to make an appointment for that. So we made the trip to Sylvan for no reason. Every single time I deal with this bank they waste my time all over again.

Decided to open a bank account with Scotiabank due to their promotions they advertised. After opening a bank account with Scotia they did not honor any of the promotions stated. Trying to get any answers from them takes days for them to respond. Ill be using a different bank going forward.

I waited on hold initially 20 mins to be told that he could not help me he had to forward me to mortgages. I waited on hold another 15 mins to be told I didn’t answer his questions correctly and I would have to go to the branch.Useless

Terrible customer service. Decided to walk aways there from home instead of driving. Then had to sit and wait for about 10-15 minutes because there was only one teller already with a customer. Then another teller finally comes out from in front of the counter does some stuff behind the counter. Still doesn't even acknowledge you as like the first teller. Then proceeds to help someone else who just walks in the door. Better off to stay banking elsewhere.

Don't waste your time trying to phone this branch, unless you want to talk to a Columbian call centre?
