I didn’t think the tire was properly repaired and rather than make a scene, I wrote a review indicating my disappointment in the shop. The owner contacted me and owned the error, which was properly repaired in a quick and efficient manner. The owner didn’t look to blame his staff while arranging to fix the tire. It is obvious that fountain tire in Sylvan lake does put customer service in a high priority. I will continue to buy all my tires and have my brakes serviced at fountain tire, cause customer service goes a long long way.”
