I am disappointed with the service I received from the store's management. My wife and I were interviewed for the overnight stocker positions by the 'day manager'. However, we faced a lot of confusion regarding the interview time. The night manager told me twice to come at 7:30 p.m. for the interview, but we later found out that the scheduled time was 10:30 p.m. Unfortunately, I could barely understand his voice, which is why I mistook the time of the interview. We called the day manager a few days later after receiving a notice by email that we had not been selected. Obviously, with both of us being previous hard-working farm laborers, supervisors of crews and you name it over 40 combined years, Walmart managers are being way too selective or biased. A month later this same location is posting the same job opportunities. And we are on the verge of bankruptcy and our ei has run out...with jobs available. Something wrong when the Government screams that not enough workers in Canada BUT one of the biggest employers in Canada wont hire two very capable people...

This place has no tills. it's all self check out. If I have to check myself out I better be getting paidWalmart better smarten up or I'll go to no frills where I can get some service

The online ordering (and pickup in particular) is atrocious at this location. Out of my last 4 online orders, one of them had wrong items and two of the other orders weren’t even picked or ready to be picked up on time. Not only brutally incompetent but also costly having to drive there multiple times and nothing is ready.

Absolutely horrible. I never felt so unwanted as customer as I did there. I was even cut off by a manager who was basically saying I should leave. Many departments seemed void of employees at all. I was constantly walking back and forth to the price checker because prices could not be found. Again, as I left I felt like I was disturbing the employee. However, she was at least polite.The one star is for how big and spacious the isles are.I don't recommend though. I will never go back.

No tills opened! So many times I go and there are zero tills. I have a heaping cart that I am forced to take my time to ring it in on the tiny self help stations. Huge fail!!! Such a big company being so cheap??????????

Shannon from Omni is absolutely horrible!!I came here to shop with my family and she ran her cart into us TWICE on purpose. Sadly we weren’t the only family affected by this as after she was done ramming her cart into us she ran it into another family behind us. No apology, nothing. At Walmart the policy is to be friendly to every customer, she was not friendly, happy or anything. She should not be representing your company because she’s doing a poor job. my family doesn’t even want to shop here anymore due to the ignorance and I’m sure we’re not the only people that feel this way. I’m extremely upset with how Shannon treats customers I can’t imagine how she treats her fellow employees.

The manager Dan went above and beyond to try and help me find the item I was looking for! When he found out they didn’t have them in sylvan he tried the red deer stores. They didn’t have them either and he so kindly adjusted the price on the “better” version of the product I was looking for!

I just saw a employee throwing out hanging baskets & plants . Why wouldn’t they just leave them outside for people to take . There no excuse for this . We waste to much . We can’t have bags but all that plastic in the garbage. Terrible decision.

I had a cart full of groceries and clothing and as I got to the till they closed all tills and left 3 self serve open.Some of the clothing was not ringing up correctly as it was clearance I was told to go get another one and start over as there was a line. I asked if the clothing could be returned and the one man said yes quickly followed by another employee saying no.I went and tried on the clothing in very dirty change rooms.I do not blame the employees for the lack of staff. This Walmart has decided to implement.The entire 3 hours I was there. I saw three staff total. That is it. Two were at the front and one was in the aisles.The two at the front were run off their feet. Not worth a minimum wage job.Do better Walmart.

I'm sorry but today I purchased 2 bathing suit tops for my 12yr old grandaughter. Note ( 12 ) yrs old. There's no writing or signs that say you cannot return " At All ". Not for size nor for refund. So now I'm out $30.00 . If I'd of known that I couldn't change them I would not have bought them. Such a good suprise for her and I'll think twice before I buy anything. And when did breasts become so dirty? Seems we can have anything goes attitude, but not for something so normal? Remembertags on, receipt in hand, not even tried on, for a 12 yr old???

Had a wonderful experience at SL Walmart, had to retrieve an item left behind after shopping a day earlier. A lovely employee named Shannon was super helpful and friendly and helped me. Outstanding customer service unexpectedly! A truly nice time, thanks Shannon and Walmart!

Very clean and helpful staff, especially Marleen that went out of her way to grab me tide to go, which I had looked for but couldn't find and brought them right to the front for me. She was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location!

Large selection, clear aisle markings and generally happy workers. I heard a team cheer when I went first thing in the morning. I love coming here when we visit family.
