It's definitely a hit and miss, for the most part, a good local quick stop for needs. Lumber wise, it's a good experience and buy, and pricing is close enough to the city that it isn't worth the trip 90% of the time. However, although there is a small handful of great regular staff... Staff is ever changing, and so is the shopping experience each time. Some staff are friendly and helpful, and others seem to have a stick somewhere uncomfortable. Overall, still come here for needs as the products are there. The customer service needs some work and may be due to management if there are staffing issues, but I could be wrong.

The worst manager running this place. You can see how unhappy workers are. Members should be ashamed how this place is run. Manager or whatever he is , won’t even help customers , he gets other people do it . Save your money and stay away from this dump !

They are almost always out of stock for most not obscure items and the customer service is both rude and clueless. Don’t waste your time here.
