Once again they hire someone from out of province to deliver our mail when local people have done the job. People who know the community, this is ridiculous. And they don’t know to put the flag up when there is mail!!!

Wait online to talk to a rep and get hung up on and told I cannot track my own item only the sender can...... Why do I have a tracking number then? Lori the person I cantactes was very rude and hung up me while I was typing. My parcel is very expensive and is over 8 days late.
