Watch your billing folks. This pharmacy over charged me three times that I know of in the last year. Even though I have excellent insurance coverage. The excuse seems to be a computer problem.

I have had nothing but bad experiences at this pharmacy . I have been left for 45 minutes in the cubicle waiting for my flu shot, I have been told by the pharmacist that she knows nothing about the Visa cards from insurance providers .I ended up having to pay a large sum out of my pocket for the medication. Isn't it her job to know how these things work?? I always end up leaving with the feeling that I was inconveniencing her. Don't waste your time here. Go to the other pharmacy in town where you will leave happy.

Filling a prescription should not hard. Just go somewhere else where you don’t have to have disputes with the lady behind the counter.

Today(may 20 2023) my husband was dropping off cancer medication for his mom that he has been doing for over a year now. The lady at the counter in the pharmacy was very rude to him. She claimed that they don't accept drop offs, he replied nicely and calmly that they have done it for him for over the last year. She was very rude and yelled at him "Don't be rude to me" , in which he was not.She must have been having a bad day, as he said she was rude to whom ever she was on the phone with as well.Not very good for customer service .

I was traveling, so I called ahead to get them started on a prescription I wanted to pick up when I came through Tofield. I was on hold and hung up after 4 minutes. Got through on the second call only to be told I had to present the prescription personally for them to start on it. Resulted in a 15 minute wait.I guess customer service is not a priority.

Excellent service a family member went there on a Monday to get her 2nd Covid shot. Well they were very busy that day or maybe the RN wasn’t working on Mondays they did get her in the next day Tuesday @ 0800h the next days excellent customer service. Very friendly staff. I being new to Tofield will be using this pharmacy instead of the rent their one in town which yesterday (Monday) which I didn’t get excellent or even fair customer service. I will give my review on them where they are in google.

Let’s just say if I could give minus stars it’d be done! For a pharmacy they’re mannerism is TERRIBLE. They don’t listen to their patients and they refuse to refill 3 months of prescriptions so they can STEAL $30 a month on a dispensary fee! Do the drive to Edmonton and don’t waste ur breath on these people. They don’t have your best interest in mind!

I love this pharmacy!! We live in a small but growing town... The owners are so humble and kind and the staff is so amazing! (You can't find that in a city pharmacy) They carry very unique stuff, 'homesense' style! They even have a unique clothing section!! I buy a lot of things for my home here and some of the coolest gifts for my friends! Thanks guys for helping take care of my family and I!! I'd be lost without ya!
