“I stopped in for a little emergency, the cover for the drain plug on my skid plate lost a bolt and it dragged along the road while driving. Josh, the lead technician, was outside the shop, heard the ruckus, and decided to fix it right there. No appointment, no fuss, would t take money for it! I was humbled by his generosity and kindness.
