“This branch of BMO is personable, helpful & SO understanding of my situation. I have never felt so financially helped as I have with all the staff at the Trochu branch. Their followup is outstanding, and they've made me feel valued as a person, and secure in my finances currently & in my future. This single, low-income senior thanks you over & over again.”

“The bank staff are always super helpful and kind. Everyone I've met has always been willing to help. The staff is super friendly and patient. I am a student and only just getting used to banking and they were incredibly helpful with any and all problems I asked for assistance for. My debit card had expired and so I needed a new card, I walked in and within minutes was walking out with a new card.”
