“One day after exiting the Alaska Highway on a road trip from Anchorage to Utah, we pulled into Valleyview for gas and discovered a gaping hole in the front of our Airstream travel trailer, with a section of bumper and outer skin flat out gone and packed with snow. (A mystery—no mishaps or collisions over the previous 1700 miles.) After crawling underneath in Minus 14C and attaching one wire tie, we realized we needed help. We called Cody at CSN, and he immediately told us to drive right over. In minutes, he and Mike had figured out a patch, secured loose panels and frayed fabric, and then attached a temporary outer skin from leftover hood insulation. A bombproof patch to get us back on the road until we could order the (proprietary) parts for a permanent fix. Man, this was a demonstration of old fashioned, old school roadhouse ingenuity! We’re sure CSN’s regular body work must be fabulous. If we lived in the region, we’d never go anywhere else for body repairs.”
