I've been coming to Pharmasave since they opened up here, and usually, it was good experience each time. This time, however, was the worst experiences I have ever felt coming to a pharmacy requesting for help. I got judged, I felt embarrassed and was told to come back since they were very busy and said hopefully have my medication ready, as they are closing in an hour. Although they did give me my medication at 5:59pm. Just before they were closing at 6pm. At rexall, they gave me my medication immediately since it was already in a concealed box. Sad to say, I won't be returning to this location. I always thought I could feel safe going there, and it just got stripped away from me.

What kind of pharmacy is closed on the weekend!! Some people need their prescriptions and can’t come in during the week.

It would be nice if they would answer the phone or have an answering service in place.Called twice no answer. Frustrating when you live in the country and can’t reach them to call in ahead
