I had the worst experience in this store today but I will still give 4 stars because the manager lady I complained to was super nice to me about and took great care in letting me know the situation won’t happen again. Thank you so much for your help finding the right space heater. Also for the young lady that actually rang me through Thank you for being so kind and helping!

Not bad. Every other time Im needing visit Home Hardware, I seem to coincidencentally go to every aisle that a single employee needs to check inventory. Sometimes I feel like they're profiling based on my ethnicity and start following me around the store, but no way right? great place.

Always enjoy my visit to home hardware, large store, I can usually find what I’m looking for. Love the seasonal section outside. Lots of great deals, good selection. I would recommend to others!!

Had a pipe burst on Boxing Day and all the hardware stores were closed in Valleyview. Got ahold of them through Facebook and the owner drove all the way into town to get us the part so we could get the water back on in the house!Exceptional!! Again, Thank you so much!!!
