New owner is very knowledgeable. Have always used Jiffy lube in Vegreville and glad to see I can continue to do so with the new owners. Had some filings showing in transmission fluid, they did not pushto change it but in end I changed it and glad I did. Recommend them.

Went to get an oil change done and was told my type of oil was not in-stock, I was told to come back the next day and they will have it. I was turned away again because they did not have it.

Stopped in to do a oil change, they came out and told me it would be about 5 mins to finish up the vehicle in front of me which was completely fine. He brought me in had me pop my hood showed me my oil then went and waved another vehicle into the other bay. After about 15 mins of him talking to the person in the other vehicle I had asked if he has started my oil change as my baby had been screaming in the car for about 10 mins. He said no so I said to just put my caps back on so I could leave as he was working on the computer for the other vehicle. Not sure if they are going oil changes by appointment now and that's why he hopped from my car to that man's or what it was but I would have appreciated him saying that he needed to help the person beside me instead of just leaving me sitting there. Bring back the old owners! Never had any problems with them and always had my oil changed nice a quickly with extremely friendly service. Definitely won't be back again! I would give 0 stars if I could.

I went to this location to get an oil change, and our service was provided by the owner / manager. A problem was located in one of my other fluid reservoirs, and he worked hard to solve the problem for me. The manager was very friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. I would highly recommend using this Jiffy Lube.

Stopped in today at 10:00 am but door was locked, lights looked to be off and no-one visible even though there was a white car parked in the west (left hand) bay.

Looks like we’ve got new owners in this place. These guys are pretty awesome. Really kind, informative and even though they weren’t fully equipped to service my car in its entirety, they are honest about it and knocked some of the money off. Planning on coming back with my friends and other vehicles and wishing them good luck.

I have previously really enjoyed bringing my farm vehicles to this location for oil changes. This past week I brought in one of my larger vehicles, and I was informed that the jiffy lube had been purchased a couple days prior by the people currently there. They were friendly enough, but the price was over $50 more than I usually pay, and even though the receipt said my windshield washer fluid was full, it was completely empty! I am so upset about them charging me over $170 and not even filling up my windshield washer fluid. This was the push I needed to start doing my own oil changes as the price difference is no longer negligible but twice the price of doing it myself.
