About Viking Museum
The Viking Museum is a hidden gem located in an old hospital building, filled with fascinating artefacts, pictures, and clothes. Visitors are often pleasantly surprised, spending over an hour exploring the large, multi-building site on a self-guided tour. The museum operates on donations only. A super friendly and knowledgeable young woman often greets guests at the door. The very old building has some water damage and rooms desperately need venting, but the experience is definitely worth a stop. Plan at least half an hour, though many stay longer.

WOW .. allot of stuff to see , brought back childhood memories. The young lady that greeted us at the door was super friendly, very knowledgeable and a perfect host and guide for our visit .

Great way to spend the afternoon, excellent record of local history. Many buildings to see, the school house is awesome.
