I can tell the gentleman was slightly annoyed at my lack of knowledge towards my windshield wiper assembly; however I was offered to be shown how to install them, and remove the secondary part (that I wasn’t aware needed to be removed). Felt like a dunce when the “secret” was revealed lol. I don’t have anyone to teach me these things so his patience was and is greatly appreciated! Apologies as I didn’t catch his name, but I will certainly keep returning to this location for any of my automotive needs!”
