“Was the WORST EXPERIENCE at a hotel i have ever had in my life!The room was filthy, the furniture and fixtures were either poorly “fixed”, or ignored. The plates had old crusty food from previous guests, the butter knife had clearly been used for illicit purposes, the fitted sheet was inside out.I had lived in wabamun years prior so I was already prepared that it would be somewhat as I had imagined and was just not going to make a fuss.But when I accidentally spilled a beverage on the bedding I had went to the lobby to request a new one. The clerk was the rudest man! His first response was asking what was spilled and then complained that it was 11 pm and that he wasn’t going to provide a new blanket. He then got aggressive and told me that he didn’t want to talk to me that he wanted to speak to the person I was with (assuming because he was a man).So I promptly went back to the room to start taking pictures of everything mentioned above. But before I could he and another clerk entered our room without knocking or asking and took a picture if my license plate and told us they were going ti call the police and told us to get out.BEWARE!”

“Terrific karaoke offered there certain Saturdays.. Talented DJ.I was there Feb 15th and the room was packed.Friendly crowd. All ages.A few gems amongst the singers too. ❤I would have given it 5 stars but the room set up doesn't show off the singers at all. 3 big ugly vlt's in the way. Management should consider moving them Anywhere else.Friendly, efficient competant staff as well.”

“Came here for the oilers game with my mother and wife and we had an awesome time! The appetizer platter was crazy good, staff were very accommodating, and the atmosphere was great! Highly recommend it as a hidden gem especially for hockey games”
