The place is disgusting. There was a crack pipe in my boys rooms, there was dirty nasty clothes in my room that had drugs on them. They don’t know how to clean the rooms after they have been lived in. Absolutely disgusting.

Was the WORST EXPERIENCE at a hotel i have ever had in my life!The room was filthy, the furniture and fixtures were either poorly “fixed”, or ignored. The plates had old crusty food from previous guests, the butter knife had clearly been used for illicit purposes, the fitted sheet was inside out.I had lived in wabamun years prior so I was already prepared that it would be somewhat as I had imagined and was just not going to make a fuss.But when I accidentally spilled a beverage on the bedding I had went to the lobby to request a new one. The clerk was the rudest man! His first response was asking what was spilled and then complained that it was 11 pm and that he wasn’t going to provide a new blanket. He then got aggressive and told me that he didn’t want to talk to me that he wanted to speak to the person I was with (assuming because he was a man).So I promptly went back to the room to start taking pictures of everything mentioned above. But before I could he and another clerk entered our room without knocking or asking and took a picture if my license plate and told us they were going ti call the police and told us to get out.BEWARE!

We chose this hotel because it is the nearest one to our client. We arrived at the hotel on the evening of August 29. However, due to the poor condition and a strong smell (mold type smell), and with no other rooms available, we had to leave and book a new hotel in Spruce Grove. Unfortunately, this hotel refused to issue a refund.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, staff friendly, grounds are clean and the town is cute. As negative as this review might sound, it's more of a fyi. We would stay again.What they don't tell you is that they are next to (well the whole town is) the railway and at nighttime it is very busy. We had our window open for air and for the most part it wasn't too bad.The rooms were clean but very dated and the fridge was horribly loud during the night.We were a door or two down from the hospitality suite. Horrible location if you want quiet. Yes our window was open but this room was by the stairs and hospitality door and you heard EVERYONE walking by. Forget trying to sleep in. It's like being next to the room by the elevator after the bar closes.The hospitality room in not handicapped accessible. You have to climb two flights of stairs to get to it.You also don't get any housekeeping while you are there. We stayed 3 nights and not once did anyone come in. Personally, we don't usually have housekeeping but for others this might be a big deal.

Been staying there for many moons ? during st ann pilgrimage and feels like home away from home, highly recommended to others and i've told many about it, awesome breakfast room, comfortable beds and i like the quietness, in fact ill be there next week again ?Safety: Felt safe all the time, no worriesWalkability: stores are all walking distnace

Breakfast was excellent, Rooms were spacious bright and modern!! Walking distance to the lake . Plenty of parking.I Will always stay at this hotel when visiting jasper or Edmonton.Management is niceIt was great stay .

Stayed here for a night July 9,2022. Room was good, clean and had everything we needed. The staff was amazing and enjoyed the breakfast offered! Cant wait to visit again.
