“We were in town yesterday for the first time and stopped in for help at this dealership. Carl was so generous with his knowledge and time. It was the kind of authentic service you would get from a true friend, not someone you just happened to meet. Can't recommend this place enough!!!”
“Midwest has their share of competition and all within a small area. I choose midwest because when i need a car part, a specialty tool or even a bit of advice, they have it, or they'll get it.”
“I was a bit confused for what I was looking for until someone named Parker helped me find the exact thing I was looking for my mom's car. Couldn't recommend this place enough, thank you Parker!”

“Great place to work! I love being part of a company that cares so much about its employees. I feel very valued and appreciated. Our commitment to team morale is outstanding. I believe Norris Ford truly understands the significance of building these relationships and the importance of individual engagement. The idea that the staff is the dealerships most important asset has won me over. My loyalty, motivation, and job satisfaction have all increased because of it.”
