Although we have had pleasant experiences with the ladies upfront, the insurance adviser Aimee was grossly unimpressed having to do her job. We’re from out of province and still navigating insurance in Alberta which is vastly different. Aimee appeared annoyed the moment we took a seat, and gave us very unambitious replies to our inquiries. Furthermore she appeared inconvenienced that she had to actually put her shoes on to retrieve paperwork outside her office. She should be treating clients like their business is important to them, not like a burden. We went elsewhere where they welcomed us and got us on our way.

Staff is very polite and helpful. Lady sitting on left side from entrance( sorry couldn’t catch her name) helped me renewing my license within no time.

While the staff are friendly for the most part, I've had very poor follow-ups from this place! I've had to play telephone tag with trying to get help with insurance for work purposes. Lots of promises to follow up but I was forgotten numerous times with zero follow-ups.

Walking through the front door of Baughan Agencies in Wainwright to renew my registration, the first person to greet me was Shae. What a friendly, personable and professional young lady! Renewing your registration should be a quick and simple process, and it was! Thank you Shae (and the other Agents) for the service you provide. Being a Registry Agent isn't an easy job as it's highly regulated by the AB Government and I know it's your job to ensure that we, as customers, have all our documentation in order to renew our registration, register your first vehicle or register a new vehicle.

I went here after moving from BC and the lady who was serving me was absolutely miserable. Snarky responses, dirty looks at me and absolutely no drive to help me. After reading a lot of the other reviews it's starting to make sense. Treat your customers with respect and at least pretend your happy to see them.

A gentleman came in to switch his license over from another province and when he left all the woman made fun him.
Such a beautiful way to treat your soldiers who protect your country.

Terrible lack of respect from these women... absolutely terrible, dont ask for much being in the service no discounts nothing compensation ever nothing, but treat people some more respect than that i recieved, very unprofessional will never do anything with them ever again. if could give 0 stars or .5 i would.
