Worst bank ever there to lazy to do there job so I am probably gonna loose my truck now because of them if I call BMo auto finance they will tell me to call the branch and these guys are saying I got to call two weeks ahead of time to deferral my payment and things like happen in life work slows down you stuck at home absolutely one of the worst bank to deal with highly recommend you steer clear of this place

Although this is not my bank, I went inside to ask a manager about the job posting online. The customer service lady was very cheerful and seemed happy to help me get my questions answered. The manager she directed me to is the one that runs this location. She apparently just took over as manager not too long ago. But she is likely doing a good job since she was very personable and friendly as well. If I wasn't with RBC i think this would be my next choice.

This review is NOT for the specific branch, as they are always very polite. This is for BMO in general. I have been trying to get ahold of them for months now in regards to my credit card. I am unable to sign into the online banking as it says "Oops something went wrong please call" When I call there is a 4 HOUR wait time! If you click "contact us" on the website, it tells you to call with no option for chat or email (even when you specifically click "email us") I'm not entirely sure who has 4 hours to wait on hold, but I certainly do not. It's absolutely ridiculous and I will be cancelling this card as soon as possible.

Not very happy with the service provided by this branch in regards to my car loan. I went in to have two vehicle payments deferred as I was eligible... After a couple days I received a call saying Calgary cancelled the paperwork because according to their records my account was not in good standing. I have never missed a payment. After spending two weeks waiting on a fix I found out the individual handling the file went on holidays for a couple weeks. Managent was unable to help. After a hour on the phone with the main call center they told me there was no issues with the account and I'd have to go back to the branch to try to re submit the paperworkIt's 5 weeks now since I first tried to differ my vehicle payment and hopefully tomorrow Lloydminster can help me
