I took my car here a few times over the past few years. They were okay... as far as garages go. I stopped giving them work when the guy on the phone got all whiny when I told him I'm providing the new parts to replace (easy job too, 4 bolts). The shop I took it to instead had zero issues with the install, we even shared a few chuckles about the "whiny kid on the phone". If FT didn't want to take my money, who was I to argue?

Came to there shop to just quickly pump a tire on the bridge of my super B and he’s like if it’s below 80psi the I can’t pump it because of rules so he checked and of course it was below other wise I wouldn’t have pulled in and he’s like we can take it off and check it and I’m like no I would just like some air and I left

I go here all the time for tires and repair. They're pretty busy for a reason. Friendly knowledgeable staff, good service, fair prices.

They were super busy but still got my car in right on time for my appointment. Took an hour to do an alignment, but they managed to correct the rear camber which another tire shop said was impossible. Looking at the GPS data from their test drive, it looks like they treated my car well.I'll definitely go here again if I need service in Wainwright in the future! The only thing missing is a viewing area where customers can watch their vehicles being worked on.

Blew a tire on our RV trailer. We were in and out of here in about 30 minutes. New tire on rim, spare off and back on its rack and on the road again. Great service.
