Never order from a third party seller from Walmart! I ordered an $800 ebike to which a shipping label was created but it never updated shipped. I contacted Walmart and was told this was normal to wait until my expected delivery date. This date came and went (big surprise) so I had to contact Walmart again. They then finally contacted the seller on my behalf and stated they would contact me within 1 business day. When asked why this was not done the other 2 times I called they tried to say they didn't have the information to do so. I called them out on this as it shows right on my online order and they avoided answering. The seller did not contact me within the 1 business day promised to which I had to contact Walmart AGAIN. They then stated a manager would call me back withi 72 hours so I'm still fighting for my money back, I don't have a ebike and my child now does not have a birthday gift for her birthday.

I placed an online order for photos that was advertised as “ready next day”, I did receive the “ready for pick up” email the next day however when I went to pick up my order the photo centre staff had no idea where my order was and I was told to check back the next day. So I went back the second day and was told the same thing so I went back a third day and was told it take 4-5 days to get online orders. I asked why is it advertised as ready next day and all I was told was they don’t deal with online orders and all they can do is tell me to check back tomorrow. It has now been 4 days since I order my photos. I phoned the customer service number and sat on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes to be hung up on before I even spoke with anyone and was sent to the survey you complete at the end of your call. I phoned again to sit on hold for another 45 minutes to be told my local Walmart should have printed the photos and they’ll resend the order for them to print tomorrow. I am so frustrated and will never return to Walmart photo centre, I’ll go somewhere that actually cares about customer service and does just shrug their shoulders and shoo the customer off.

Every walmart is essentially the same. If it wasnt for their super low prices that undercut the other grocery stores I'm sure not many people would shop at Walmart. Although thats more of a critic of the company than of this location itself. Whenever I'm in I find that most of the staff doesn't ask me if i need any assistance. The door greeters and front end are pretty much the only ones that acknowledge me. Which can be a benefit if you know where you're going and just want a quick in and out shopping experience. I find theres barely any space on the self checkout bagging area to put my groceries. Overall i find myself going to No frills for non perishables and snacks and Coop for fresh produce and meats and baked goods.

I love that Walmart is in a smaller center. It makes things a lot more easier than having to drive an hour to Lloyd. The prices are good.

We were accused by a csm of stealing food items after we bought our food and returned a few due to financial hard ship and spent too much. The company said are you sure their not trying to steal food ? To her cashier.we are so offended we don't feel the same about this Walmart any longer. We have spent over 30.000. In their store paying this company s wages thru our purchases. If this is how Wainwright operate their practices to how they treat people then they shouldn't have a job to go to everyday.un professional practices.

Excellent customer service. The "Baby" department needs to be larger. They usually never have the diapers I'm looking for, so I started buying them at No Frills & they are a few dollars cheaper too. Clothing selection for kids is honestly subpar comparing to other Walmart stores, same as above with the "baby" department comparing to other Walmart stores. Also they need to stock more "Culligan" water jugs more frequently, they always seem to be out when I am there to buy some every few weeks. 3 stars because it's a local store, & the customer service is always great
