This is actually the best Mobil ever. The staff member went above and beyond for us on June 9th 2019 at 6:30pm. Our RV had a flat tire and we needed air. The attendee offered to help us fill the tire and offered us tools to get our hubcab off of the RV Tire to fill out with air. We definitely appreciate the help and the staff member was amazingly helpful without us asking for help and it definitely made a difference on our trip back to Edmonton!!!

To whom this may concern,Today October 17, 2018 @1600h I received terrible customer service from the gentleman that was working. He started yelling at me because when I went to pay for my purchase the debit machine said it was cancelled. I told him it's saying cancelled and he mumbled something at me and I could not hear what he had said due to the cold beveridge machine running beside me. I informed him he is being very rude and he is giving very poor customer service. He started to yell at me once again that I am abusing him and not wanting to pay, which I was doing no such thing. I entered my info once again and the debit purchase went through. There was a witness in the store at the time and he told me I need to report this gentleman because of how I was treated.I come to Mobil #3825 in Westlock, AB Canada all the time and have never received friendly service from this particular man. Other staff there are always very courteous and friendly with the exception of him. Not sure what his problem is but I have to say he has no respect for women. This staff member that is working for you is not good for your business and I'm not sure if I even want to return to your store.Sincerely,Dolores Bilodeau
