“I've lived here for 3 years and been through alot. The Shopper's Pharmacy in Westlock has been my best experience in any drugstore ever. The staff is wonderful to me and always try to give me the best service possible. I've had to wait now and then only because I never ordered ahead and just came in off the street. The owner's comittment to service is above and beyond what anyone could expect. This is a very busy store people. The regular staff do the best they can. Cut them a break and don't be so miserable lol. I worked in retail for over 30 years so I know how things can seem to be horrible but if you're patient, you'll notice a big difference in attitudes all around. :)Jamie, Val and the "Boss" ( as i call her) this is a shout out to you all in particular for your excellent sevice. Thank-you!”
