Been a customer for 25 yrs and today I had horrible service...needed help with papers and advice and got can't help and no one is here to help. I guess I will have to call online and see if they can help.

Been hacked on Visa several times, my partner was told. The next time was on her hook, the bank would Not cover her stolen money! We were both 50 year customers of the RBOC!! WE MOVED OUR ACCOUNTS. Terrible service" no one seemed to care??
