Service here has unfortunately gone down hill, we bought my wife's 2021 escape here around 3 weeks ago for a oil change, that went good until we went on a road trip and the felt under belly was dragging, I noticed 4 bolts missing for it so I had to go to the nearest hardware store to buy zap straps to fix it, unfortunately half of it was gone from dragging on the road. When we got back from our road trip I bought it up with the service department wanting it replaced as they where the last people to work on it and you have to take the felt under belly off to do a oil change, they said they would bring it up with the service manager and call me today, today went by and never got a call. There service used to be good but unfortunately it has gone downhill the last year it seems like.

2star bcuz I wasted 3 trips @ 1hr each to trade $ basically. 1st to place order(wrong bolts given) 2nd to replace (wrong bolts) as threading was ATROCIOUS. Closed Sunday so went to Heartland to get right bolts after getting old ones out and realizing. 334$ later I walked out with 7 bolts, 2 gaskets and 4 nuts BUT they were right and it was 1 trip. 3rd to take extra parts back and wrong bolts for 100$ cashback.
Lesson: if you must get parts from them I would have an extra vehicle, measure each portion of the part to 2× check against their judgement AND 2× the threading as I was really disappointed in the OEM both dealers provided with that regard but Heartland was better. Give them the VIN for parts. Simple as it may seem obviously they need the VIN to not mess up your order and that was 2 different parts people even though the vehicle had been there as well. It seems like these places really sink the $ into making things look pretty, financing and sales but parts takes a back seat and I guess that's the way things are which is unfortunate considering a replacement is in the 50K B4 financing costs.

I live out of town and run a tight schedule. I ordered parts to be in the next morning. Parts didn't even get ordered. Drove all the way to town for nothing, and ruined my plans.

Excellent visit to the service department. Fair fee and Excellent, thorough service. Never been able to positively review a garage before. New experience for me. Will be back for sure.

What I like at Westlock Ford is the sale personal don't pressure you they want to sale the vehicle that you want at the best deal possible and they do follow-up when you bring your vehicle for service. The service at Westlock is excellent witch is the reason I bought my F-150 there.

We made the drive from Edmonton as they had two used vehicles of the make/model I was looking for. No surprises when we arrived. Excellent condition, low mileage and priced fair. Nicole was friendly and pleasant to deal with. A low-pressure and efficient experience — much better than what we’d been experiencing elsewhere!

I cannot say enough good things about how great the staff at Westlock Ford is. Recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai from them, basically over the phone. The car was described accurately and honestly.Tyler (sales) and Charlene (finance) were an absolute pleasure to work with via email and over the phone as we were working to get a second car for my wife while I was travelling to and from the States during this process.They went far above and beyond expectations as they delivered our vehicle to us just east of Calgary, which is about a 4 hour drive from there!I highly recommend Westlock Ford for your next car purchase.
