“Hubby and I are seniors and needed a second vehicle so we went to Wetaskiwin Legacy Dodge to search out a decent used vehicle, plus we had heard great things about one of the salesman, Steven. We were approached as it was by Steven. He listened to our needs and price range.
After test driving a few vehicles, we settled on one, which was relatively close to what we could afford.
The floor sales folks, were very friendly, and after the sale was closed, Steven introduced us to the folks in Service and Parts, plus the Manager of Legacy Dodge. Great experience. “I had my winter tires installed on Friday but discovered a flat tire on my way to work Saturday morning. The team that morning not only got me in on short notice, the lovely girl at the front was kind enough to drop me off at work. An hour later, I noticed my car drive into my works parking lot!! The lovely man, I wish I got his name, who repaired my tire, dropped my car off at my work, no charge!!! I'm absolutely speechless, the service, the kindness, unbelievable. Thank you guys!!!”

I purchased a used vehicle, and was told it had a recall on it and they would be in touch to schedule repairs. The service team reached out to me as soon as the parts were in, booked me at my earliest convenience, and set me up with a loaner. Service was extremely friendly and accommodating when I needed to set up an after hours pick up. My car was spotlessly detailed & warmed up when I arrived. 10/10

“So yesterday, I was really in a bind, my tire’s valve stem was messed up and I had no clue how to fix it or even air up my tire because every time I tried, I’d just let more air out. I’m from out of province, was there for a funeral but their super friendly staff are sure angels in disguise. I was sitting outside a gas station on 56th I do believe, frustrated to the fullest and with my 2 young children (aged 3 and 5) and an older gentleman who was parked beside me asked if I was okay, to which I replied no and explained my situation. He suggested Fountain Tire and even offered to show me where it was. We just wanted to go home but I feared having a flat on the side of the road somewhere on our 4 hour long journey home. Not only did they assist me right away, but they helped me to remain calm and reassured me everything was going to be okay. Not only that, at no cost! As all my tire needed was the valve thingy to be screwed in again and aired up. I’m so thankful for their speedy service as well as their kind words. You don’t know how much stress and worry you relieved. So from the bottom of my heart; THANK YOU! I highly recommend this tire shop. They’re great at what they do as well as being compassionate. We made it home safely and I will be forever grateful for their service. Thank you so much ❤️”
