Paid $40 gas and gas pump didn’t turn on because they gave it to someone else or didn’t actually use it. Had to pay another $40 to get anything from here. Haven’t been reimbursed and lost $40.

Terrible Customer Service!! I was in last night to get a car wash. I was offered a "$2 Discount" thinking they were having a special. Anyways, the car wash left my driver side of my car filthy while the passenger side came out spotless. I went back inside to complain & see if I could go through again. Upon going back inside, I was told I was given the discount because they couldn't guarantee it was going to clean the car. Should I not have been told this prior to my purchase??????? Not once was this mentioned. The employee then called the manager & I was told I would have to return the next day to speak to him. I live over 45minutes away in a small town, there was no way I was going to drive another hour and a half round trip for a $13 car was. No refund was offered nor would they let me run through one more time. I used to frequent this gas station when I would go into town. I will never go back nor will I hesitate to tell anyone that asks to go elsewhere. Unreal.
