Just came from shoppers and wow, just started using a cane and get followed by security right to the self checkout, sad the way you treat handicap people. Even the aisle i was in within minutes a girl is there checking prices too obvious what's going on.

Prices go up and service goes down. They can get rid of the self check out machines anytime. I don't want a job doing it. The staff has things to do, but they seem to walk around like zombies. Maybe it is just me but a smile and some interaction go a long way. The security guard said hi though.

I was in here today with my senior mother and her severe lung disease. Not only was a member of staff on the floor kind enouhg to find her a chair while she was clearly short of breath, but the pharmacist was able to give her a refill despite us being in from out of town and now dealing with a different shoppers branch.

The service has been so slow 25 minutes or more is the average even when there are no other patients waiting I recommend Town and Country to the clients I transport around it saves time fuel and frustration

Almost everyone they employed at the pharmacy here are gate keepers on everything make it impossible to get the simplest things from medication to supplies, and its starting to seem like it comes out of their own pockets at this point. Im so tired of coming here almost everyday for something that is already covered due to how severe my daughter’s disability is. Im so Tired of the run around on getting the things she needs shes only one years old i shouldn't be turned away because of the ridiculous policy that magically appears when she needs something. I made sure she is covered but i still get a “that product isnt covered”. Or i need to get a “request from the doctor” when the doctor has already responded. The inconvenience.
At this point. I trust no body else here except for the pharmacist michael I appreciate him for working in such horrendous conditions with these people. Im writing this because the OWNER should do something about the pharmacy team.
its pretty ridiculous how i can only trust one pharmacist and don’t want to deal with the rest. Im still going to go here and idc if they see this because it aint right what is happening here. It’s ridiculous im tired of coming here almost everyday for one item a day when the doctor clearly requested a quantity.
