No ATM access before or after bank hours, sign on the door says ATM access at 8:30am, it’s 9:00am and still no access, Definitely changing banks!

I asked TD to increase our credit limit on some existing business visa's and add a few more business visa cards for some new employees. My initial request was February 1, 2022.It is now June 10, 2022 and I still do not have increased limits, or new cards to my employees!I don't think the person I have been dealing with at TD has had proper training on credit card applications, to which I can sympathize. However, why hasn't a manager or someone else helped them move it along??? TD has dropped the ball in a major way.I now have employees without credit cards (and guessing on the time it has taken so far, who knows how much longer it will take to get them in) and it is a huge pain.I would not recommend any business to use TD's services after what I have experienced.I have applied for Visa cards at a new bank (2 weeks ago) and I have already received them.TD - please improve your customer service and train your staff properly on how to do credit card applications/amendments. It's absolutely ludicrous that I have waited this long and I STILL DON'T have my request fulfilled.

When my TD debit card was compromised I had to visit this branch while visiting. Dale, the teller who took care of my request, was absolutely lovely and very helpful. She took the time to explain some of the features of my account and made some great recommendations. Excellent experience and service.

Ive always had a good experience with them. All i have is an account, nothing else though. The street bums sleeping in the ATM lobby during the day. No need for that. Night time I can understand but not business hours.

I drove a 1/2 an hour to deposit something only to arrive and the bank was closed. I understand reduced hours but PUT THE ACTUAL HOURS CORRECT ONLINE!!!! no excuse for a bank not have accurate up to date hours!! (And both atms not available)

Horrible Customer Service. As a customer of 29 years, relations used to be awesome, but when we moved to the Wetaskiwin branch, it quickly went downhill! Staff changes often (which tells you it's not great to work at either) they removed the Commercial line, and wait times are very excessive. I feel bad for the counter staff, that are often left to deal with long lines and with little support. That branch is not "solution driven" they are old, archaic and not flexible - they have forgotten who they work for - it's a horrible branch. If you are considering this branch - DON'T - RUN! There are much friendlier banks available that actually want your business.

Absolutely atrocious, appalling, revolting, despicable , incompetent from beginning to end. We are a hard working couple who prefer to stay, shop local and help support our community. Our Mortgage file has been mishandled (to say the least! ) 4 months and we are still in the "Que" after multiple errors, misleadings and out right deceptions. If you are thinking about dealing with this bank, don't walk RUN as far away as you can!! If i could give them a negative star rating. I would!!!!

been a customer for a long time but treated us like were trying to steal our own money. we put a cheque into the account to get out of the red ( we have backdraft protection) and when we wanted to take the rest out so we could afford gas and groceries for the week. But instead of giving us our own money they put a 7 day hold on it and gave us the middle finger...
