“July 17,2026 drive AZ to Anchorage had the good fortune to break down near Whitecourt Ab, Canada. Driving 1995 JDM Mitsubishi Delica when turbo on diesel engine went out. To say the least the rarity of Japanese parts caused a 3wk turnaround for parts. When part arrived they hopped right on it and repaired in one day. Zach did an incredible job and the Delica ran better than before. Appreciate everything they did to get us back on the road and to Alaska.”

“The best parts department you will find anywhere! They go above and beyond to get you what you need when you need it! I work out of Edmonton now but still get my parts from KW Mechanical. 100% the best parts team hands down!”

“We had a tire just going flat as we entered Whitecourt. We went to Fountain Tire about 4:30 and they close at 5:00. They changed the tire and gave us pleasant service. We went on our way again.”

“My car was hit by the side and back. Towed my car to the collision center. During that repairing period, Sherrie always communicated with me in time and friendly. Thank you Sherrie. When I picked up my car a couple of days ago, I met with Keith. He not only repaired the damage caused by the hit , but also fixed some old corrosion and dent at the back with no charge. The repair work was done amazing. Thank you Keith. And before I left, Keith cleaned the snow on my car. Thank you again. Would highly recommend this place.”

“We had a rock stuck in our brakes and the sound the car was making was insane. The rock fell out as they put the car on the lift so they just gave it a once over and didn’t charge us for looking at it which was incredibly kind. You could hear us coming from a mile away so they had time to swindle us if they wanted to.”

“Incredible experience. Devin took charge and had our truck booked in, organized our insurance loaner for us, drove us to pick up that loaner and then the team did an amazing job repairing our truck! We dropped the truck off on Thursday at 830am with a deep gouge on the rear quarter and damage to the tailgate. By Friday at 3pm they called to say it was done! Wowsers. Well Done everyone and a big Thank you!! Also worth note: I needed to use the Loo before we left the shop and the lady at the front desk went through the washroom to make sure it was ‘suitable’ for me. Much appreciated the great service. Highly Recommend Precision Auto Body in Whitecourt.”

“These guys were awesome. The did what 3 different Canadian tires couldn't do. My truck drives straight and no longer wonders at highway speeds. Not only that they found unrelated problem with my brakes, which given Bit more time would have been very bad then fixed at a very reasonable price. Hats off to them and thank you.”
