“Had my vehicle in for a heater core replacement, it's a big job, about 8 hours of labor as the entire dash needs to be removed. The tech was able to get it done sooner than that and I was billed for less time as a result. The honest pay for honest work model is a strong contrast from "book price" offered by most other shops. Needless to say I'll be back for future repairs. Two thumbs up??”
“Had to stop there on my way to Grand Prairie had a problem with the vechile. They looked at it right away found the problem. Couldn't get the parts until Monday. Repaired it as best as they could. Ran perfect to GP and back to Edmonton. Price was very fair as well. Great job Auto Mall”

“I have had to take my vehicle in to Precision a few times over the last 10 years. Each time I've been in contact with them, they have been courteous and professional. This last time my vehicle was damaged was a collision with a deer. The damage was more extensive and the biggest downfall was due to the market. Waiting on parts took a few months. But the empathy and compassion shown to me when I arrived with the tow truck and my damaged vehicle was comforting during such a traumatic experience. The work on my vehicle has been top notch and I would recommend this business to anyone.I did have an issue with one employee's people skills, but my complaint was proffessionaly recieved and quickly remedied.From my experiences with this company, they treat their employees, customers, and vehicles with integrity and respect and hold a high standard with their work on vehicles.”

“Had two air bag blow on my trailer. Tina was the only person that had the air bags in stock. She offered to let me park in the lot and even lent me a grinder from there shop to help remove the air bags! Tina went above and beyond I was back at least 5 times and she knew exactly what I was looking for every-time. By far one of the best parts people I have ever dealt with!”
