Where do I start...
This team went above and beyond to help me and my family out of a terrible situation.
We broke down north of Whitecourt on a long weekend. My fuel pump failed and needed replacing but finding a fuel pump on a long weekend was a whole other challenge!
Long story short, they stayed late and got me back on the road. I appreciate the hospitality and making an unfortunate situation a little more bearable.

I had the best experience there today. I ran over a nail on the highway had a pretty big hole in my tire and was losing air faster than I could get there. As soon as I pulled in they pulled my car into the shop dealt with the issue with so much care and professionalism. I would highly recommend the fountain tire in Whitecourt to anyone living there or passing through town with an emergency. Thanks again guys I really appreciate your help!

Service Driver Dom is terrible. Always trying to upsell you on tires that are perfectly fine, just trying to gouge you for more money and goes through multiple people to try and get the answer he wants.
Tries to replace all drive tires when only one needs a repair.
Complaints about working in ANY mud or small puddle.
Can’t read the work order because spelling is atrocious.

Had an after hours call out for a flat tire on my commercial trailer. I was at the Whitecourt scales when we called, 8 min drive to the Fountain Tire shop and the guy was just arriving as I was pulling in! Very knowledgeable tech, what impressed me the most is he pressure washed both wheels before mounting the new tires, ( the inside wheels of a commercial trailer that goes off road gets caked with mud ) I have asked other shops to do this and they all say no or we don't have a pressure washer. So big thanks to Brian- I believe his name was. I definitely recommend this shop for your commercial tire needs.

Absolutely horrendous business. I was taken advantage of, swindled, lied to, and insulted. My experience with them cause me an extreme amount of panic and stress. Avoid at all cost

Called them fof a replacement tire quote . Tracey was top notch and had my tire there for the next morning. Dropped off the down tire and rim about 8 and just after 9 it was ready to go.Thanks a bunch to the Staff and crew .

After spending over 4000.00 in tires and repairs a month earlier. Booked the wife’s truck to put on her winter tires on the rims and it was over 200.00 dollars. Phoned around and they are the most expensive. Shawn the shop manager would not budge. Very poor customer service.
