I loved the online booking and ordering system, easy to find tires by different methods, easy booking, all followed up with appointment reminders. Good use of technology, two thumbs up to the Kaltire dev team. Service onsite was fast, reasonably priced in comparison, and they texted to let me know when pickup was ready. All around good experience and service.

While staying and visiting family in Whitecourt, we woke up to a flat tire this morning. Stopped into Kal Tire to see if they could help us out with a repair. Our car was brought into the bay and the tire was repaired very quickly. We experienced friendly, professional service, and when it was all done we were told that there would be no charge. Thank you so much to the team at Kal Tire! You definitely made our day better ?

my husband and I were passing through whitecourt as we noticed there was big leak in the front tire we went over to kal tire too see if we could get it fixed quickly, staff was extremely friendly and not only helpful but welcoming and finished patching the tire in 10 min and let us go free of charge amazing customer service from the receptionist up front and the techs:)

Slow service not so skilled technicians and didn't carry the tire I needed. Which was a shock for kal tire location it was main reason I went there
