Very friendly professional cashier. She even ran out to my vehicle when I forgot to bag I item. They have great inventory of necessary items while No Frills items are locked up and Walmart has empty shelves!

Great store but the pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Recieved the wrong dosage of my perscription. Talked to a lady and she said talk to your doctor. I phoned the doctors office and had no issues. They said the perscription was sent and everything was good on my file. They then instructed me to talk to the pharmisct since the issue is on their end. Went back later that day and talked to Dan to find out what was going on with my perscription. When acknowledging this issue, I was surprised to see him arguing about it with me. I felt belittled and at one point I was just gonna walk away. This was just ridiculous. But I continued to stand my ground and he looked closer at my file. He asked another lady who filed my perscription. She looked at him and pointed at the screen. It was his name........he looked at me and said "oh sorry, I didn't see the change of the perscription on your file." "It was my mistake." He then walked away and the lady that was with him gave me the correct perscription. This pharmacy is a joke. He wasnt even sincere about what happened. I am never going here again. I am switching to Pharmasave. Atleast they will treat me with respect and care about their customers.

Their pharmacist Dan has no compassion or empathy for patients, he talks down to them, try’s to make them feel stupid, and belittles them. He refuses to help, especially in emergency situations. I’ve never met a pharmacist who cares so little about people.

I've gone to a version of this Pharmacy for years. My initial experiences were great, that's why I returned when I had the unfortunate necessity to move back here. Having to take special meds, and compounded Rx was certainly advantageous. However, the past year its gone so far from what it was. The owner is unrecognizable from an empathetic guy who appreciates your business to a passive aggressive person who could careless. He's hired Green pharmacists that are left alone without the skill to answer the most basic questions (I had to assure one pharmacist that indeed Gravol in any form doesn't require a Rx - although he'd only dispense me with 2 ampoules lol). Today was the breaking point, never mind the 10's of thousands of dollars I've brought them, not having a lot of time I asked Dan for a couple minutes - his response was to "look around" I don't have a couple minutes. Unfortunately, I was forced to announce something very sensitive which irritated him more than anything, I don't think he even registered the date I gave him nor the impactful message conveyed. His concern was that I was a " j**** and an expletive. Weekly mistakes and incompetent blunders from the past year combined with his total disregard for the sanctity of Healthcare anonymity was to much. This place is busy. Dan has amassed a fortune and its apparent that his concern is only for the bottom line, and that his ego and his own personal feelings are more important than compassion. You'll always wait to long for a script. Chances are you'll run into the same incompetent mistakes and you'll find that you're probably better off saving the phone calls and frustration by not going here to begin with.

My rating is solely directed towards the pharmacy staff. They are educated, informed, flexible and above all else- they care. Of course the store is well stocked, has many excellent sales and is worth walking around. This Rexall has gone through many facelifts over the years (remember the little mom & pop shop inside?) but at the end of the day it's still wonderful.
