We have been RVing for 16 years, full and part time and DeAnza is the best RV resort we have ever visited. Big sites with plenty of room for a towed vehicle and outside seating. Easy hookups with some limited cable TV.The best part is the resort and its people. Large rec center with indoor heated pool, sauna, and spa. Indoor pickle ball with paddles and balls for beginners. Many daily activities and low cost meals plus weekly free Margarita night, free coffee and donuts days. Nice library with many book and DVD choices.Only problem is very poor wifi - it's only reliable in the library.Lots of fun for a few days, weeks, or months.Nearby activities: Close to galleries and restaurants of Tubac and shopping in Green Valley. Mountains, parks, and trails all around.

Never really lodged at this place. Only worked here. But I can say that it looks like a cool place to stay in.

Our favorite place to stay when we come south to Arizona. Lots of things to do, courteous help, pool, sauna and hot tub and my favorite thing. Free margaritas on Saturday.

Pretty overpriced for what you actually get staying here. Don’t bother with trying to use the wifi, it’s nonexistent. Staff can be pretty unfriendly if you complain about literally anything. Amenities leave much to be desired, for example you are expected to swim in the dark if you want to use the pool at night as staff will not turn any lights on. Wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The rates are considered expensive for this area, but I've paid more in other places in the US. However, the amenities of this resort are incredible! Well worth the cost!!

This RV park is with out a doubt one of the nicest I've been in. The staff is excellent and the facility is impeccable. Located close to green valley az and tubac az and nogales az. Lots of neat places to visit. Also close to Tucson az.

Basic park with small spots. Not very welcoming to families, esp with children, or residents of non-retirement age. We were invited to consider the run down park next door numerous times because "they are cheaper" as the receptionist made clearto us about 5 times and as we were making our reservation, then finally once before we paid. She wanted to "make sure we were serious and didn't want to go next door before we finalized the transaction." The wifi is almost nonexistent, the dog park is a fenced in sand box. The office/ club house smells terrible and the sites are all gravel and barely enough room to park 2 vehicles . We were placed at the entrance of the oark near the highway "since my husband works and we dont need to be making noise for the working residents" .Honestly had we not paid in advance for 6 weeks I would have moved my camper to the run down park next door ? and saved money .

We have come here every year for 13 seasons. Very nice park that has improved a lot. Clean restrooms. Large clubhouse with all the amenities inside such as swimming, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, pickleball, library, etc. The camp workers are helpful and friendly. Smaller park with about 185 sites but they are good size sites which feel comfortable. The view of the mountains to the east is spe tacular.

Lived here for 7 months. I loved it, they have a great community center and don't forget to order from chef...his food is great! It's very quiet even though it does get extremely busy during peak season.
