I went in the store about 8 am and everything went smoothly, cashier Luke was friendly. I stopped in again about 7 pm and the same cashier was still working and he was all by himself. When I joked wow didn't I see you this morning? He's like yup someone called out like she does every weekend and no one else would cover her shift. Totally unfair, why is this acceptable? The managers should of been in to cover the shift if no one else would and how does this person still have a job if she calls off weekly?! No wonder circle k can't keep employees, the ones who do want to work get overworked!

Friendly service most of the time. The bad part is they are almost always out of brewed unsweetened tea. This is still my favorite stop between the East valley and Camp Verde.

Customer service is the worst ! I visit this place daily but today is my last day purchasing here. I have witnessed three different occasions when the ladies up front are so judgmental and act like bigots towards Mexican workers ! One guy couldn’t use the self check out kiosk and what was said from one of the cashier “well if he spoke the language he wouldn’t have such trouble “ on the second ocasión a customer was paying with a food stamp ebt card and the cashier kept looking at him and looking around to see who can laugh and judge with her ! And today again i witnessed her the cashier refusing service to a landscaper worker because he didn’t have a legal ID. I understand there are rules in order to sell alcohol and the customer understood but she kept going on with the same topic how he didn’t have a legal document to the next customer with a smirk on her face ! Absolutely terrible to know people like this still exist !! HOPE THIS STORE FINDS BETTER WORKERS THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO BE THERE !

Just visited this circle k.Was told in order to use EBT I would have to wait until 10pm. Never had this issue anywhere else. Whatever the issue was with ebt, whatever, but the rudeness about it all was unnecessary.Instead of giving me a bag when I asked, they responded with, "they're right there."I would recommend going to literally any other gas station...

This place has the absolute slowest service of any gas station I have ever been to. The cashiers are afraid to jump on a register and help no matter how long the line is. They would rather stare at the self service kiosk and offer no help. Please get rid of the kiosk and hire some people who aren't scared to do their job. If you want a place that is reliably unreliable and will guarantee a line with unhelpful staff then I highly recommend this miserable place.

Literally the worst circle k in Anthem. Only the assistant manager and the older gentleman who works there is worth anything. Everybody else that works there actively makes shopping there an awful experience. Go to the other circle k, for your sanity.
