“True Fitness is absolutely the best gym. Ryan, the owner, is passionate about helping others. Whether it’s your first time in a gym or you are an experienced athlete, he takes the time to know about you and your goals.All of the trainers are fantastic, very knowledgeable and all have very diverse backgrounds.When you arrive you are greeted by name. The gym is exceptionally clean and has all state of the art equipment ranging from free weights to workout machines. There is even obstacle course training.The bathrooms are well stocked. Clean showers. There are even hair ties in the event you need one. For me, small details like this are important because it shows how much thought they have put into their clients.They have a variety of pre and post workout supplements to help aid in your fitness journey.This gym is really like no other. Everyone there is fantastic and I cannot express how much I recommend this gym.”

“We dropped in to Jump Ship Phoenix a whole bunch of times while on holiday (like every day). The coaches were knowledgeable and super friendly. The programming was well thought out and catered for all levels and abilities, the facilities were excellent with all the kit you could ever need.But most of all, as someone who has visited boxes all over the world, the community here was one of the most welcoming and friendly I’ve encountered. The members were genuinely supportive of everyone in the class and they really made us feel part of the family.If you’re in the area and looking for a fun session, definitely put this place on the list!”

“Update- After leaving the below review, I was contacted by the company and received a check for the money I was owed within a week. I only wish I had done this first as it would have saved me months of headache trying to do things the way the front desk personnel instructed me (to contact the billing dept). As I told Aubrey (who was delightful), I will give it another go should I need physical therapy in the future, but I will monitor the claims closely instead of trusting the staff as I did the first time. Original review--- The care I was given by my Physical Therapist and staff was great. The fact that they over billed me for $172 and change and I am 3 months later still begging them to send me a check is ridiculous. I brought the error to their attention the end of Nov. and I have made at least 6 calls to the billing dept and each time I am given confirmation that they owe me the money but there is some excuse for why they can't/haven't issued a check for it. The customer (no) service rep I last spoke to yelled at me for complaining about the problem and told me I was yelling and then disconnected my call. The medical staff was great the accounting and business side is a disaster so beware of being over charged and not getting your money back!”

“CREPES!!!! Not just just amazingly delicious GLUTEN FREE CREPES!! These guys popped up on my instagram so I took the kids over to try them out. Both of the kiddos got a berry and Nutella crepe. I ordered the chicken crepe. We all opted for the Gluten Free. (My daughter and I have a pretty strong wheat allergy) They were DELICIOUS! We will be back.”

“Great gym! This facility does competitive gymnastics, recreational gymnastics, tumbling, and cheer. The coaches are amazing and work with the girls to help them meet their goals. Small family owned business, so it is not as big as many of the gymnastics facilities around the valley, but we moved our daughter to this gym for the smaller class sizes and more personal training and are thrilled with the progress she has made. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, as are all of the coaches. I definitely recommend this business!”

“Tom and June go above and beyond in making everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. They take frequently breaks from their day to walk the gym floor just to check in with everyone. Doesn't matter if it's your first week in the gym or if you've been a member for years, tom and June treat you like family.”
