Hi, I love this store, and all the employees. They go out of their way to make your experience great!I have an idea to make this store even greater.Too often I see dogs in cars. The owner never sits in a hot car,all windows up for 30 min or more, they don't want to hurt their pet,but don't realize how dangerous this is.When I make a comment to the owner, they snap back at me.Maybe a fully shaded area to park with dogs in cars, w large fans,or air system could be an attractive feature, maybe close to the orange pick-up area, lots of eyes to keep watch. Its doable. As for you dog haters who hate seeing pets in stores,I feel sorry for you, what's the matter, your girlfriend like her pets more than you? As an abused kid Im an advocate for abused women and animals.Anything can be made better.

This is just for their Auto & Tire Service. I was able to purchase 2 V-rated 225mm tires, Otaki I believe, all attached and my other tires placed where I wanted for only $235 total, and Wamart gives you tire protection for free on their tires. That's a deal! Not only that all the young gentlemen here were super helpful! Thanks guys great job!

Horrible service!! They don't have any cashiers and after I do all the work to check out myself I get asked at the door for my receipt. The guy asks me "where on the receipt are the diapers?" Huh! Can't even read his receipt. I show him. Honestly I am not going there anymore. I feel like it's super rude the way they treat their customers. Horrible horrible!! Super rude.

Worst Walmart I've been to. Expired crap on the shelves and the stupid receipt checkers try and chase me out of the store when I bypass them despite being watched by the creepy lady at self checkout as I scanned my three items.

This review is for Candice, who works over at SmartStyle Hair Salon by Regis. Candice did an amazing job on my hair. She shampoo, cut, and style my hair and she did an amazing job. I want everyone to know that Candice is customer service friendly, knowledgeable about her job, passionate, and does exceptional work. Even though other customers were coming in and asking questions, she never missed a beat. She was able to answer their questions and continue with my hair with no problems. Thank you Candice you are outstanding.

Expired food on the shelves. Multiple times. Have told workers and guest services and they just shrug. Saying it's overnights job to pull expired food. So they leave it.

I shop here all the time. Consistently at self check out if Michelle is there she eagle eyes me so bad. She literally stands over me like I'm a thief. Me and my wife stood back and watched her. She has done the same ever time to colored people and if your young dressed in a baggy way , you are judged as a thief also. The fruit and vegetables are disgusting. They go bad within 48 hours. I can't stand living in racist Anthem/New River

Who runs this store? It's absolutely terrible! One checkout lane? Are they going to let me use the employee lounge since I have to to do everything? No one answers the phones. This is particularly true in Automotive. They even hang up on you! Can't imagine what they do to your car if they're so lazy. And suddenly they're produce is horrible. Few items, mostly too ripe. The pharmacy OTC shelves are usually empty or at least the things ppl actually use are gone... you'll pay a little more but Fry's & Safeway are much better except still few cashiers.

About an hour ago I went through the self checkout, a creepy old grey haired man a employee, starred at me the whole time while I scanned my items. I should be able to shop without being subject to sexualized staring by some degenerate decrepit old man. I confronted him, he did not answer. You should handle this before a major incident occurs.

This Walmart has to be the shadiest place I have ever experienced in my life. I recently left my iPhone in the cart and did not realize it until they were closed and I had returned home. I utilized the Find My app and saw that it was in fact there and the next morning I went to Customer Service. I was told that protocol was to put lost items in the safe. However, even though my phone was there and they knew about it, it was not in the safe and only the Assistant Manager knew where it was. It has been 5 days and I still do not have my phone. They refused to call this AM, refuse to help me in anyway and at this point it seems to me that they are pulling some scandalous B.S. and I am beginning to wonder if I am the only victim of these games. I strongly warn anyone to be careful leaving anything of value in or around this store or the people that work there.

Next time some old bitch wants to give me dirty looks because my nose isn't covered but my mouth is with a face diaper will get a piece of my mind. Your worker knows nothing about me and the judgement face made me ill. That's the reason I went to self check out so I didn't have to interact with your workers. When I was done ringing myself in, I said thank you and she just looked at me and shook her head. She has no clue if I've been raped or have other medical issues that don't allow me to be without oxygen. You need to train your seals a little better COVID or not if she doesn't want to be there then let the witch stay home. This is a vile non air conditioned rotten produce (literally selling rotten lemons for 3 days now) shit store.

Anthem Walmart is a terrible experience for me ive worked there for 4 years and shopped there. Im surrounded by people not trained properly and a management staff that is lazy. Feeling abused by both frustrated customers and lazy management team who refuse to put in the effort it takes to run a business slowly but steady it has gotten worse over the years, This Walmart used to be so good and ran well but with the store manager and management staff putting all the blame on its employees and not taking responsibility nothing ever gets better except an upset staff. They have plenty of people but they cut every ones hours and the scheduling is done very wrong and works against the company, customers and employees. If you really look you can see some health code violations in the store, Such as not rotating product, placing new product in front of old product and employees walking by left out food rotting on the shelf's from customers. Laziness in the store is has caused people to take shortcuts risking the safety of the employees, and damaged product. The returns in the store have tripled over the years, and the employees are getting blamed and yelled at by mangers/supervisor's to work faster risking injury with unreasonable time lines as if the people in charge have no clue to what they are doing and that shows their lack of experience and common since to me. Ive seen the truck being unloaded with employees throwing valuable products up to a tv on to a pallet but the worst is the people who load the truck you can see they are doing the same thing the trucks come loaded in a an unorganized mess. When throwing boxes you can injury another person, and most likely damage product, this is just unacceptable and needs to change. I hope some one some day will investigate this Walmart so they can see it for themselves.

The only reason I needed to shop was for milk. After placing and paying for minimum order at time of pick up....I was told "no milk". So I had to go to a different store and go inside after all my efforts, darn!

I helped buy a smartphone with a Sprint contract at WalMart. The people at Walmart were actually very helpful. I do not have any complaints with their tech department. My cousin who has early dementia bought the phone and needed it for her purposes. Because she is not tech savvy and neither am I, I decided to register the phone, not realizing that I would become the owner. When I discovered this mistake, we went back to the store and the staff did a factory re-set and put it in her name. Eventually she even returned the phone within 30 days. OK, no problem. We are happy. I am from Massachusetts and returned home on the plane. After getting home I found Sprint bills for $85 in my name. I called immediately and they told me that I would have to wait for 30 days to cancel the account. They reduced the bill to $52 at this time. I called later to plead my case and told the rep to cancel the phone # on the account. This was never done and billing continued for another 3 months until the collection agency has my bill on file for $165. I called numerous times, sent a registered letter and talked to many people who asked me a series of questions each time I called and did little else. I was assigned a special case # and told them the experience that we had at Walmart but could not give a time or date for the return event. They never offered to track the data usage on the phone which amounted to one test call. I admit that we had great service buying and returning the phone. We had their staff tied up for quite awhile. My shock is the way that we were treated by Sprint staff over the phone who are lifeless robots attached to a giant cash register. This was a high tech mugging, one of the worst experiences that I ever gone thru. I will not pay their bill and will probably get a lowered credit rating.

VISION CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REP ELENA WAS FANTASTIC! She took lots and lots of time with me to ensure I made the right decision with not only my frames but the choice of lens and options (which it turns out I didn't need any fancy upgrades). Elena went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable today.
