I dogs looked a HOT MESS before I took them to A Touch of Class Pet Grooming. They look AMAZING now. I love how sweet they are to my doggos and how good they always look when they leave there. I love this place!

If you have unlimited funds this is the place for you and your dog. We have a 10yr old Golden Doodle with a curly coat. First time going here so I asked the fee for Golden Doodles, which is usually higher due to their coat. A lady came out and checked her coat. I was quoted 120.00 and told our girl would be ready at 3:30. We arrived around 3:10 early thinking we would just wait in the car. We were advised our girl would not be ready until 4:00. When my husband went to pick her up, he was told the charge would be 175.00 due to her hair. This is over 40% more than the 120.00 and he was in shock. We should have been advised after looking at her coat the charge would be 175.00. We are here during the winter months and have never been charged near this amount in Arizona or Illinois for grooming our girl. I do bath her between grooming and use the best conditioner. I also brush her every day. I would not recommend this groomer unless you can afford to pay more than you do for your salon. This is abuse especially, to take advantage of senior citizens.

Amy did an amazing job on my schnauzer. She took the time and went the extra mile paying special attention to the fact he is a puppy in training. She detailed the ears and feet to finish off a perfect grooming. Thanks Amy.

This was my first time using A Touch if Class. Amy did a wonderful job on my puppy, he looks amazing. She took her time explaining what she was going to do, I am very satisfied and she will be his groomer from now on. Highly recommended. Thank you Amy

If I could give 0 stars I would definitely my poor girl was shaved down to no hair at all one ear was longer than the other on the little bit of hair she did have left . Owner was very rude and was asked to call if there were any issues and not one call was made to me she said that my dog was extremely matted when I dropped her off she was perfectly fine if she was planning to shave my dog completely she could of at least called instead of proceeding this is just absolute LAZINESS. Definitely won't be ever going back I was referred by friends and best believe they will not be returning customers as well after the experience I had. Come to find out it's not the first time I guess they have had the same issue before . They try to take like 20 dogs in at once so maybe they should take in consideration that we are paying customers and expect you to take time and do a good job especially if your charging 80$ per dog ! Get it together

Have been taking my two cocker spaniel mixes to them, and every time I pick them up, they are just the handsomest boys and they smell so good! They do outstanding work, they get you in quickly, and are really friendly. So glad they are here, finding a good stylist is always hard, so I'll be bringing my boys here for quite some time!
