Hello,
Just leaving a quick and positive review about my experience with Anytime Storage. It was a super simple process for me from opening an account, to closing it. I spoke to a live person each time, which I preferred and made it easy to navigate. The customer service provided was fantastic and the process they have in place as a business (that is all ran offsite) - was hands down, secure, safe and comfortable. I no longer needed a storage unit so that is why I ended services but appreciate the service I received.

I've had multiple storage units for several years now. I had some problems previously the first year or two, but there seems to have been a change in overall management (or possibly ownership) and things and been great every since. Customer Service reps are very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Shout out to CSR Maria in Tucson who helped unravel a complicated situation a couple of years ago. I really like the fact my location is NOT open 24 hours, that there's controlled access, and that there's someone on-site must of the time in case there's a problem with the facility. I was very unhappy there have been rate increases just about every year (TWO increases in one year!) making the rates I pay much more than new customers pay. And the increases were not small inflation adjustments, either. However, until I can afford either to move to a less expensive facility or completely not need storage any longer, I'll stay and be glad for their good customer service.

August of 2021 is when I put my belongings in this storage place before moving out of state. When I finally returned to get my items, I spent the whole day going through each of my boxes and bags. I have items that are missing, I am missing my Xbox 360 with the controller and my gta games that I had with it. I am missing my Wii game system, a karaoke machine, a Paris comforter set it’s gold, silver, & white and grey sheets, curtain rods and a vcr. I traveled from Wisconsin to get my belongings and they’re missing smh wish I could of came sooner.

Great facility, except that for some reason they changed my gate code without telling me. And it was Sunday so couldn't reach anybody. Problem has since been fixed, but there was never an explanation given why the gate code changed.
