I started exercise there. I liked walking around the indoor track which is cushioned. Every lap is 1/16 of a mile. Also there are some weights and exercise machines and equipment. Primarily seniors like myself are there.

Great gym, it gets a little crowded when the winter residents return, but that's to be expected.
