Friendly staff however the computer application kept wiping out data input by agent. It took 4 attempts until it saved all input. What should have been a 5 minute process took 20 minutes. I was patient and agent kept apologizing for the system.

The area manager Tyson is hands down the most customer centric, professional, and true leadership team member that I've experienced in 53 years as well as being a business owner myself with several companies and 100s of staff. He is a true asset to Cube Smart and you are very fortunate to have his as one of your leadership team. I was having trouble locating a spot for my trailer. They were very helpful in getting it set up. Being able to do it online was a huge help.

The lady who takes care of the company outstanding, we're dealing with the public. She did an outstanding job. Recommend this place because of her being so nice to everybody.You don't find that very often anymore other than that, I don't know anything about the storage. That just 1st day I went there. Everything went out fine in the store. I don't know how it's going to turn out. I got my qtv there in my mind car park there.That's one that good.They're fairly rated for the price for a twenty five foot place to put a vehicle.
