What a wonderful bunch of guys. We came in with a flat on a holiday trip. Not exactly a highlight. It was almost closing time and they all stepped up with smiles and wanting to help. They had us on our way in no time. Made the lowlight of our trip into a highlight that we met and were helped by a great bunch of people. 100% recommend.

Zach is professional, helpful and knowledgeable.
They keep appointment on time and are priced very reasonably. Very honest group of people. I am snow bird from Canada and wish to have the auto service like this in Calgary. Highly recommended!

Went in last week and scheduled an appointment at Apache Tire for Monday, Nov 17th at 9:30am. Should take a solid two hours for a Brake Fluid Flush and an Alignment. No problem. I plan My day around them. I arrive about 30 minutes early and check in. One Hour and forty five minutes after they started working on my car, it comes off the rack and driven over to the alignment rack. I walk over to the counter where I get no type of acknowledgment. So I walk out to my car and ask if they were just now getting to the alignment. If so. I do not have time for it. I need to go. No response or acknowledgment from any of the three employees. I walk back inside and wait for the paperwork to pay for what they did do. Counter person asked the mechanic, Bad parts? (meaning, why no alignment was done). I said I don't have anymore time for this. With all the attitude he could mustard up, asks me, what time was your appointment? I answered, 9:30, It is 11:15, they can do an alignment in 15 minutes? Says nothing as he totals my bill and starts talking to himself about baking a cake? No apology, sorry it took so long, we're swamped, tech is sick, we are short a tech. Nothing. Like it's my fault I watch the tech walking around the shop like he was on cruise during social hour. Never again will any of my vehicle come near them.

Very cool and price is fAir on everything bought tires a few months ago they are great , 😃 they give me a peace of mind . They do my service too. Just awesome and true. No gimmick at this garage.

I trust this place with my cars and my family's safety. Safety is their #1 priority and they always give you the facts. They're amazing people and I'm so glad I found their shop. I've been bringing my cars here for just over a year, now. I've gone to other places across this side of PHX and I continue to come back here. I don't even care how far it is. If they can't perform a service, they will tell you who they trust in the area,etc. They listen to my silly stories about my cars challenges and go above and beyond when possible (finding things I likely didn't mention but also questioned). They don't make me feel like a dumb, girl /take advantage. And they're the most affordable, I've found. 10/10 recommend! (They also don't send you a million messages or ask you for reviews, which is something I really love as well; small town feel! ) Thank you!

I called and made a same day appointment today for what I believed was a simple alignment. After speaking with Zach at the front desk he asked me why I needed an alignment and I said it was due to my car vibrating/pulling to the right. Zach informed me that more than likely I would also need my tires balanced. I was hesitant at first thinking they were just trying to rack up the bill and told him it was fine if they find it necessary. Within 20min of dropping off my car they had found that I needed two new tires due to my tire splitting, which they deemed the primary cause of my issue. Again, I was hesitant but they reassured me, allowed me time to think about it, they spoke to my partner, and also went out of their way to send me photos of my tires demonstrating the issue. Which I am very grateful for as I couldn't comprehend the severity of the tire. Their estimated cost was reasonable and I agreed to their recommended services. Which ended up being two new tires and an alignment. A couple hours later my vehicle was ready and I am very satisfied with their service. They were nothing but kind and patient with answering any questions. I work out here in AJ which is how I found this shop and will definitely drive out of my way to support a local business. Thanks again!

What first began as a convenient place to drop my car off after work quickly became the only shop I have 100% faith in. I have since moved jobs and we still bring our cars here for everything that we can. They have amazing service and are always nice, timely, and communicative. I cannot recommend them enough.
