Good luck getting help here. Clothes are either outdated, stained, or falling apart. Told to go to a register for a return, nobody came. After a few minutes I looked back over and was told someone is coming. 5 minutes later, I look over at four employees behind one counter and fifth in front of it. I stare until a lady asks me if I have a return. No, just standing here for fun. Two stars because they actually refill their hand sanitizer.

First, I am a huge fan of Goodwill, what they stand for and improving the real needs of the communites. This is a thrift store. This is the most overpriced thrift store I've ever seen. Far more than privately owned thrift shops.I found a used Ralph Lauren top. It was black before it was washed several times. The price tag showed $17.99. I asked the rude associate that got into my personal space with "let me squeeze in" about 10 times on the same rack. I asked him if the tag was right. He said "It's Ralph Lauren" and walked away. I bought the one top I already had in hand, for $1.75 with a discount, and left the store.

FALSE ADVERTISING. BAIT AND SWITCH.Found a used Christmas tree marked for $19.95. Went to pay for it and manager Amber told me nope, that's $119.00 wouldn't even split the difference with me. I tried to talk to her and she refused.Won't be donating to goodwill anymore. And am advising my 5000 fb people not to anymore.

Decently sized store with a nice variety... but the return policy at this store specifically is aweful. We've tried to make a couple returns here and we've dealt with the same manager both times... appearantly any item over a few dollars has a crayon code marked on it, and if their staff messed up on the coding on the tag or the letter crayon code on the item they won't accept the return... we've tried to return a couple items here (no other goodwill have we ever had this problem) & been denied due to their staff not marking the items correctly. The lady gets mad, and tells us she can't give us a refund or even a store credit on the item as it isn't marked correctly, implying that we bought one item and are trying to return another...As a business if you don't trust your customers or you're not going to have systems in place to ensure your policies will serve & protect the purchase agreement on your products, then customers aren't going to be as willing to shop with you. It's that simple. Very disappointed in this Goodwill location.

Went there this morning tag was green for $2 workers were pulling green tags off racks putting them in shopping carts. Several customers were in awe and wondering why my sister asked they said because that is what they were told to do. Manager was asked and she said you know how it is. Customers were angry as we were they made announcements about sale tag they were not putting merchandise anywhere else so customers could shop. They lost my business today. Went to Apache Junction location and they were not doing it and no it wasn't a pink tag or any color tag it was green the sale tag

This Goodwill store seems to one of their larger locations. There is a huge assortment of clothes, and the racks were organized which made items easy to find. Also, with the aisle spread apart, it was easy to make my way in and out especially in more congested spots. I especially like how this Goodwill has decorative items such as framed paintings, etc and the highlight of this spot was the kitchenware. There were pots, pans, toasters, and blenders on sale with a good price.Outside, there is plenty of parking.

It's completely wrong to close all dressing rooms so no one can try anything on and your only return policy is store credit....... its not my fault that a shirt didnt fit...the dressing rooms are closed....and apparently your banking on that...so you can make even more money.Completely wrong to do to your supposedly valued customers...

Went to Goodwill just to look and found a Samsung 41" TV in great shape for 34 dollars. Bought it, set it up and works great.
