Dropped off my 95 4Runner early Tuesday morning with engine idling problems. Called them late Thursday afternoon to check in. "Sorry we don't have the Obd-1 program for the pre-96's. You can come get your vehicle anytime." Well, gee, thanks for letting me know. Even more thanks are due for Arnold's Auto not charging me storage!

I was in a tight spot, lost my brake pads and toasted my rotor coming to mesa from mesquite, NV. They took my truck in and said they would fit it in if they could, I was leaving on Thursday. They got my truck in and back to me Tuesday afternoon!! I was so impressed with their service. If I need any other vehicle repairs, I will definitely be going back

Nasty, Nasty, Nasty! Was treated horrible! Made a appointment a week in advance on Sept 19th. and described EXACTLY what the problem was. I was assured that yes they could do the work. Upon arrival they said I had never made an appointment! Also they stated they didnt even do that type of work and called the shop next door and they were able to get me in and describe the work that needed to be done which was incorrect. The other shop made the incorrect repair that was instructed by Arnold's and charged me $375. I then went back to Arnolds to explain what the problem was and was and the person who I had spoken to immediately ran out the back door obviously knowing they had made a mistake. Another employee came to the front counter and again I explained the situation and indeed they do the work that I had requested but it would be another week before they could get me in. I asked them what about the bill I received from the other shop and they said it was my problem. The other employee that ran out the back door came to the front counter very aggressively and proceed to call me a LIAR I believe 3 times and I was asked to leave which I did.I owned my own business for over 40 years and if one of my employees EVER spoke to a customer like Arnold's did to me they would be immediately FIRED upon the spot and shown the door.Arnold's is the worst shop I have ever done business in 50 years of driving! They are totally disorganized and way way over the top on how they treat their customers! LIAR REALLY! Who in the HELL treats customers like this!Just beaware there are many other shops to do business with other than Arnold's who will treat their customers with respect they deserve!.What a joke Arnolds is and folks please be very cautious if you decide to do business with them and have readily the address of the Arizona Attorney General along with the phone number!

Made a appointment and was told it would be a week till they would be able to get me in. I arrived at Arnold's at the specified time and was told in fact that nobody had scheduled my appointment! I explained EXACTLY what needed to be done when I first called and again when I arrived. The office worker said that in fact they didnt do this kind of work that I need to take it next door after she called them. I proceeded to take it to the shop next door and they replaced the TIre Pressure sensor as was instructed by the office worker at Arnold's. After the repairs were done I got back in my car and the traction control lights were still on. I went back into the shop that was referred to me at Arnold's and they explained EXACTLY what Arnold's had told them which was totally incorrect. I then went back to Arnolds where the office worker I spoke with immediately got up out of her chair and ran out the back door. I explained to to another gentleman what I was told by the office worker but indeed they were able to do this kind of work but it would be another week before they could get me in! The office worker then appeared out of the back and called me a damn liar. An argument insued and being called a liar more than three times I was asked to leave. This business has no clue how to treat customers or do they schedule appointments when contacted! I will NEVER go back or recommend anyone use their service they are totally unprofessional and unorganized.
