Your customize service at the Apache Junction location sinks. You never answer your phone. I had one simple question,but you couldn't be bothered to take care of a customer.
I know my little my missley bank accounts don't mean a thing to Bank of America, next chance I get I'm closing all of my accounts down.

Very poor customer service. You NEVER answer your phone. The is unprofessional for a business. This has been brought to your attention in other comments and your have not corrected it, and never will. Bank of America is so big, if they loose a customer, they really don't care. I remember a time, 50 years ago when businesses used to care about their customers.

They NEVER answer the phone. In a senior adult community where they aren't as comfortable being on line, this is horrible. You have to schedule EVERYTHING! What a hasel. Customer service is a ZERO! They have no intention of fixing it. Use any other bank but this one!

Go through the right side the second ATM if you go through the first one it'll take your mirrors out if you're driving the truck

Don't waste your time trying to get through to anyone by phone at this branch. Why give customers the option to call when no one will ever answer and; worse, no option to leave recording and number they can call back. If you are not able to take calls, redirect to a BofA call center.

No-one ever answers the phone! If you go inside to bank it seems as if they are understaffed, and extremely slow. I hope corporate does something because this bank is the closest to me and has always been this way.
