No-one ever answers the phone! If you go inside to bank it seems as if they are understaffed, and extremely slow. I hope corporate does something because this bank is the closest to me and has always been this way.

What an awful location this is. The employees are so worried about locking their doors at 5 that they would rather lose a customer than chance making a phone call that could be longer than 10 mins. The bankers don’t want to work well what bankers they do have, so they schedule everything out for weeks at a time. Even when told by customer service you won’t need an appointment, the teller doesn’t let you speak she just cuts you off and says I’m sorry there isn’t anything we can do to help you right now. You ask how far an appointment is out and they sigh and say we are out weeks to a month. No customer service at all.

Finally time to find another bank.After banking here for 6 years, with a business account, a $4,000 check from another local bank with my name on both accounts, and they place a 4-day hold, which puts me about 10 days away from having access to the money because I'm traveling to a state that doesn't have Bank of America.... Whereas had they just put it in without a hold as would be expected, it would have been available tomorrow when I would still be in a state that has Bank of America.Unacceptable.Oh, and although it's been said before, it should be set again, you can never ever ever reach a human being by calling the local phone number for this bank. Completely frustrating.

worst customer service I have ever experienced, they are rude and impatient. They have literally never answered the phone not even one time when I try to call them. They seriously need to start firing employees and start fresh was trying to open a account but now I will 100% be going to a different branch and refuse to reccomend them to anyone.

I closed my account after 30 years. Bank of America does a fabulous job at protecting their money but could care less about protecting yours. At 6:37am a criminal bought items electronically with my debit card information. I do not know how they got it. I called Bank of America seven minutes later. They could not stop the transactions and stated more fraudulent transactions could come through. I quickly transferred the remaining money to another account and closed my Bank of America as soon as it opened.

I am forced to use bank of America through work. I would never personally bank with them. I try to do all my deposits through the ATM but their ATM is so slow and picky. When I have to go inside, the tellers are always so rude and act inconvenienced by having to help me. I went in today because the ATM absolutely would not take a $50 bill and I had two quarters. The tellers told me I had to use the ATM since I have a deposit only card. I told them I've been coming in over the last year and have never been told that or had an issue. Myself and my wife had to do several things at this branch office today. I had some personal concerns in which I was introduced to branch manager, Christine Asher. Christine was very kind, listening to my concerns and addressing them in a timely professional manner. Thank you so much.

I was treated with respect the very second I walked in the door. I was helped right away. Honestly it was my 1st experience with a bank. Cardon Jones was professional & personable. He helped me with all my questions & made sure I understood everything.

I have 4 accounts at this branch, went in to open another for a new business and they told me I would have to wait couple weeks! A bank is supposed to understand I cannot co-mingle funds. B of A has collapsed as a professional banking business. Time to accept the inconvienence of changing banks and move on with all my accounts.

telephone service at the apache Trail branch in Arizona is never answered. Get cut off (goodbye) without the option of staying on the line for the next available representitive. Very disappointed with this service, why have phones in the branch when customers can't reach anyone!

Bank is closed on Saturday so working people can't get in to do there banking. Have to take time off work to do my banking thanks for being there for your customers.
