Absolutely horrible customer service . Business hours say 9:30 am Wednesday. Paper on door says 10:00. I knocked on door to make manager aware . I was told I don't know what to tell you? Sorry for the coffee would have been my response. Alex ...as a business owner myself I know you can suggest an edit and it will be fixed within minutes. I forgot ...that isn't your " normal store so you don't care" . Only in it for your money. Plenty other sporting good stores to spend my money at. Boo ALEX ( MANAGER)

I've been shopping at Big 5 forever. This is the worst one I have been to. Whoever owns this store needs to fire all the staff and start over. Worst customer service ever. I'm so disappointed in this store.

Some basics but not a very good selection of some items. I thought their rain gear and outdoor stuff was high priced in comparison to other places in the area.

Big five has deals on alot of stuff. Their staff pays attention, lots of water sport items and good prices on flashlights ,knives,camping gear etc ..

Very well stocked store no customer service. On Tuesday morning my wife wanted to get some new walking shoes after asking twice for help she walked out apparently the guy was too busy putting up a shelf to help her get shoes.

Spend probably close to 1ka year here with gifts, camping, various functions, ammo and six year old. Walked in with my son to PURCHASE sparring gear for him. Wouldn't let the 6 year old boy use restroom! Never been a problem before. NEVER GOING BACK.
