Best service I have received by far from any Big O in the area! They took me in as a walk in, physically showed me the cause of my problem, provided a resolution quickly, and I was back on the road in a couple hours. The ladies up at the front were friendly and extremely helpful. This isnt the closest big o to my home, but I will definitely be coming back to this location for future work on my vehicles. It restored my faith in the honest mechanic shop ?

I tend to trust people until I'm given a reason not to. I've been going to Big-O -Tire in Apache Junction since they opened their doors and they've yet to give me a reason not to trust them. That's saying a lot for an auto repair place.

I normally come here for the first oil change when i buy a used car. They tell me more about it and normally guide me on how to proceed with preventative maintenance. Recently bought a 05 chevy malibu that i took there. Following up with regular maintaince i noticed its leaking oil inconsiderably fast. Cut to my first oil change and the drain plug is over tightened beyond belief and leaking. Hence me writing this review.
2 Massive oil leaks coming from the oil filter and potentially a stripped drain plug stuck in place. I was under the car before i took it in to big o and not a lick of oil was present. Everything came off with some brake cleaner. Turned a steal of a deal into a screw up real fast. Im Disappointed in their technicians for any oversights leading to damages and repairs they wouldve likely thought to come back to them.
Wont return even for air in my tires. Wouldnt be the only hot air i expect from this location.
Wont blame big o for problems the car had but it surely wasnt leaking oil and affecting the transmission when i bought the car.
