I just want to say thank you to everyone at Brake masters without there help my move to Florida would not be possible. I am now able to get away from this abusive situation I am in. Brake masters are the best they have been honest straight forward with me. They work hard and dedicate themselves to every vehicle that comes in. I will honestly miss them and will never forget them for everything they have done for me. As my Saturn has been a difficult challenge at times but they were determined to figure out what was wrong with it. They are a great group and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs vehicle issues. I leave Thursday morning and heading out to Florida thanks to each and everyone of them thanks everyone I will miss u all

So I took my Hyundai here about three weeks ago. I was having several issues with the vehicle. The kinda of problems where you don’t want to hear how much it’s going to cost. I needed new rotors and a new AC kit. I’m not going to say how much cause then people don’t realize every car is different. But they really took care of me. Kat is awesome some people don’t care for her upfront bluntness because there too weak to hear the truth. This girl is Aces in my book. John is a super cool guy he is very straight forward and in my opinion very honest guy as well. Listen folks nobody is perfect and not all repairs fix the issue first time. There could be other issues tied to the main issue. I recommend having a little patience and tolerance. There not out to screw you they really are trying to do the best they can within ( Your Budget ) but if you think they are sitting in the back of the shop saying here we’re going to screw these guys. After taking my vehicle down to Brakes Plus (different auto shop) I was surprised to find out that a simple hole in my ac line was going to cost me over 1,000 dollars. Well I went to this store and was relieved as well as blown away by the same day exceptional service and knowledge of all staff. Cathy was more than reasonable and accommodating when it came to working with my warranty company. John was very knowledgeable and even offered to show me the issue his self. Highly recommend anyone who’s experiencing issues with their vehicle to stop by. They saved me over 600$ and I can’t thank them enough!

Took my van is for loud brakes. They advised the rotors needing to be switched on the rear and to get them rotored. Starting having the same issue a couple days later. Looks like I got took for 200 plus dollars. Needless to say I won't be using the free oil change coupon he gave. Guess maybe he felt bad as he knew that would not solve the issue? Also made an appointment online and they stated the online appointments don't talk to the in house system. What is the point of making an appointment online?

I feel ashamed to write a bad review, since I like coming to these places where they are supposedly professional, I brought my truck to have an alignment done, they told me it was ready, but my car was turning to the right, I went back and told them the problem and they told me that I needed some new bolts for the suspension which I didn't understand since they had told me that it was already ready fine, so I bought them, put them on and believed it again, they told me again that it was ready, that it was fine and the problem if I still won't bring it here again

I walked in at about 3:45 and ask him if they could do a flush of my transmission and the a/c . They were on it they did it within 2 hours and it blows great cold air. And they gave me a quote for rack and pinions good job guys.
